Timex Navi XL 41mm Fabric Strap Watch Featuring NASA Logo on Dial
To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the lunar landing Timex took their vintage-inspired dive watch from their TIMEX ARCHIVE collection and added the NASA logo.
The dive watch is an enlarged version of the 38mm Navi watch.
I currently have two Timex Navi watches although 38mm the design and lack of indiglo make them get little wrist time. Given Timex’ current trend of selling out [Timex Q, Timex Marlin, Timex Snoopy’s] I expect this to sell out. No information was provided on if this is a limited run/ special edition etc.
We have seen other brands partner up with NASA such as the Xeric Trappist which is a more space-oriented watch with many variants. The dial appears to be stars/space and the hands are moon/planets. Almost $120 more at $250 but if you preorder you can save $50 makes this a much better buy.
Save some space in your collection, Timex will release more special edition watches and save your wallet some damage. [I might be saying that more to myself than to my readers, but hey budget cuts for everyone all around right?]

The James Brand: The Hardin
This is another carabiner release from The James Brand who re-engineered the carabiner to make it a “two-compartment system”
This is their third one in their carry line and joins the Holcombe a minimal carabiner (but also features that two-compartment carry system), and the Mehlville which is a lot larger.
I might purchase one in steel blue as a stocking stuffer for my brother because during the holiday season these definitely sell out and the James Brand is very slow to restock.
