By The Tortoise Gear Team is back again with two new fire starting accessories for your Swiss Army Knife; the FireAnt & the Helix Tinder.
You may remember the Tortoise Gear Team from their previous Kickstarter Campaign back in for the Firefly. A fire starter that replaces the toothpick on Swiss Army Knifes (SAKs).
I backed the firefly for a few reasons;
1. Supporting and encouraging new developments and accessories for the SAK
2. The glow in the dark ability. I love things that glow in the dark.
Which means I’ll probably support the campaign again.
These are cool accessories to have, but if I ever went camping I would use a larger fire starter and actual Tinder. I love things that glow in the dark, but I don’t think I can give up the screw driver that currently rests in the corkscrew.
Look how cool it looks in the dark! I wish Victorinox would release a glow in the dark screw driver or other variations of the stayglow. Either that or I repaint my SAK screwdriver with glow in the dark paint.
